Validation notification template letter
This template has been developed for providers if they wish to contact their customers prior to validation. The template informs customers they may be contacted asking them to provide feedback on the service they received from the provider. It does not make reference to the provider's Training Quality Standard application or the validation process.
Employer customer contact data template
This is the employer customer contact data template for colleges and providers applying for assessment against the Training Quality Standard. The form has been designed to allow you to gather together your employer customer contact data for validation. This information should be submitted at the same time as your application.
